When I bought my new condominium home, we encountered a multiple-offer situation: numerous buyers were bidding on the same unit because it was such a desirable property (which, incidentally, Chris had located for me using his excellent home search-and-find skills). Not only did Chris craft a great offer, he developed a complete winning strategy to deal with this highly competitive and postentially stressful situation. Behind the scenes he cafefully advised me on all aspects of the transaction and provded reassuring and informative explanations of those things I wasn't familiar with. And when the time came, he stepped right up to the plate and presented a winning offer, acing the deal!
For the sale of my home, Chris really went to bat for me, making my needs the utmost priotiry the entire time. Where many lesser agents would have dropped out, thinking only of a quick and easy commission, he went the full distance. Chris remained true and committed to me as a client, ultimately bringing in the best offer and wrapping up the sale of my home. He also provided invaluable follow-though assistance with the many ancillary aspects invovled in buying and selling a property.
On a more personal note, Chris is extremely warm, patient, genuine, and courteous infividual. He also has a great sense of humor and knows how to keep things in perspective-- an especially important quality when undertaking any sort of real estate transaction!

Jimmy and I would like to thank you for the excellent job that you had done for us. The only regret we had was that we did not have you as our agent on day one.

When my company relocated me back to the home office in PA, I immediately turned to Chris to sell my house, because he is my friend but more importantly, I know how hard he works for his clients. I was being transferred to Seattle and searched all the real estate web sites I could find. I knew nothing about Seattle. Chris's site helped me more than all the others. All the neighborhood descriptions and pictures of house listings gave me a good feel for the Seattle market before I ever even visited.
I came to Seattle on several house-hunting trips. Chris met me at my hotel and we drove around looking at neighborhoods and houses for hours.
I have some pretty specific tastes, so we looked at a lot of fine homes that I just wasn't interested in. Chris learned what I was looking for pretty fast, and over the next few weekends we found more and more houses I liked.
One day Chris called with a listing that had just popped up. We went to look at the house, then looked again later the same evening. It was the right house, at the right price, in the right neighborhood. We set up an offer and I moved in a month later! Chris even recommended a great mortgage agent and home inspector.
